My business is about helping people to look, feel and BE better. I have decided to focus my energy to assist everyone, but with a focus on seniors, in their quest for fitness and longer, happier life.
|
- I am a person who loves life, nature, and people.
- I love to run, cycle, swim, hike, snorkle, boogie board, ski, and fly.
- I am totally amazed and impressed with the complexity of life. Our bodies are amazing chemical machines capable of wonderful feelings, expressions, and healing.
- I want to learn as much as I can and then share as much as is possible to help others understand how to take care of themselves.
- I try to work with every gym and health club in the Loveland - Fort Collins area to network with other fitness instructors because I want to attract new ideas to make fitness interesting and not frustrating.
- I also do sports and therapeutic massage, but I limit this part of my business to only one session per day.
- I have a son, named Aaron, that I am endlessly proud of. He graduated from Michigan State, with honors, in May, 2001, and Chicago's Second City conservatory program, in 2003.
He has had an active acting and voice-over career and has appeared in several print ads including the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition 2005. He was a docent at the Chicago Art Museum, a contributor to the Chicago botanical gardens, and a free-lance land scape artist. He has decided to follow in his mother's footsteps and become a massage therapist, in the summer of 2007. - Moving to Loveland in 2007, Aaron has his massage business and this year, with the birth of his first son, added a new venture called "Hometown Handyman" to provide an outlet for his creativity in landscape and furniture building.
